Go See This Movie: Deep In The Heart

The movie is about the life of Mr. Richard Wallrath. Mr. Wallrath is a HUGE contributor to Texas FFA and 4-H students. He is the largest livestock purchaser at the San Antonio Livestock Exposition and just recently bought the Grand Champion steer at Ft. Worth for $230,000. Each year he gives 70-$10,000 scholarships to FFA and the same amount to 4-H.

Orange Grove FFA members Clint Neill, Mary Rokohl, and Jacob Atzenhoffer are currently attending college on Wallrath Scholarships. Tara Hale, Ann Atzenhoffer, and Julia Hunt were extras in the movie.

The movie is about FAITH, HOPE, PERSERVERANCE, GIVING BACK and FAMILY. Alcoholism took away Mr. Wallrath’s family, job and left him hopeless. Although he found his FAITH, he also discovered he would suffer from the consequences of his actions. The loss of his beloved mother and then the tragic untimely death of his youngest daughter – if anyone could have given up, he could have – But he didn’t! He built a successful window company and quickly learned that he “couldn’t out give God.” The more he gave – the more blessed he was. He has given over 5 million dollars in scholarships to FFA and 4-H members.

The movie will be showing beginning Friday, February 17 in Texas.
